The trustee is required to require certain notifications to the recipients of Domestic Support Obligations (“DSO’s”). It is not enough to notify the appropriate state. Trustee needs to notify the recipient. The DSO Claimant Information Form referenced on this page should be used by a debtor or his/her counsel to provided the needed information.
